(26 July 2026) For the tenth time in the history of the Rally Poland, and for the first time in 27 years, the Przegibek special stage was included in the event. Teemu Suninen and Antti Haapala added their names to the list of stage winners. The Finnish duo leads the rally after the first loop of Sunday’s leg.
The second leg of the 82nd Rally Poland began with the 6.5 km Przegibek stage, followed by the Kiczyce (12.1 km) and Hażlach (17.45 km) special stages. Teemu Suninen (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) opened the day with a win on Przegibek and also claimed victory on the final stage of the loop, extending his overall lead.
The fastest crew in Kiczyce was Jakub Matulka and Daniel Dymurski (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2). Suninen set the third-fastest time, just 0.2 seconds behind Andrea Mabellini and Virginia Lenzi (Lancia Ypsilon Rally2), who lost 0.6 seconds to the srtage winners.
In Hażlach, Kajetan Kajetanowicz and Maciej Szczepaniak (Toyota GR Yaris Rally2) impressed with the second-fastest time, reducing their overall deficit to 18.6 seconds.
Suninen remains in the overall lead while Matulka holds second place, 11.1 seconds behind. Miko Marczyk and Andrea Mabellini are locked in a close battle for third. After SS11, the Pole has the upper hand, with the reigning European champion holding a 1.3-second advantage over his rival.
Following the tyre change at the Tyre Fitting Zone at the Carbonarium site in Moszczenica (Jastrzębie-Zdrój), the crews will head to SS12, Silesian Voivodeship (11.9 km). They will then complete the second passes through Kiczyce and Hażlach before returning to the stage Silesian Voivodeship (SS15), which will be run as the Power Stage with bonus championship points.
