Drone flights over the areas where the Rally is taking place are strictly prohibited for the duration of the event!
Please be advised that the areas in which the rally is being held will be monitored for unauthorised drone flights.
Pursuant to Article 212 of the Polish Aviation Law Act, any unauthorised breach of the boundaries of these zones constitutes a criminal offence punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment.
As every year, the 82nd Rally Poland is a major logistical undertaking. During its organisation, particular emphasis is placed on the safety of rally crews, spectators, observers and the aircraft used to secure the event. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of the airspace above the areas in which Rally Poland will take place. These areas include the Service Park and the Special Stages, both during and outside periods of rally activity.
Due to the significant increase in the number of unmanned aircraft systems, and consequently the growing intensity of drone traffic, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency has once again designated zones to protect helicopter operations. These flights are highly dynamic and are conducted at very low altitudes.
Maps of the designated zones are available at www.airspace.pansa.pl and in the DroneRadar app, indicated by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency as the required tool for reporting the intention to operate a drone in Polish airspace.
