(21.06.2024) Two Polish rally drivers – Kajetan Kajetanowicz and Miko Marczyk – took a roles of ORLEN employees to promote oncoming ORLEN 80th Rally Poland. While customers had unique opportunity to meet the drivers in a bit unusual environment, the action was shot with hidden cameras.
Both Kajetanowicz and Marczyk are well known thanks to their international rallying achievements. Now however, they decided to surprise rally fans and to promote Polish WRC counter. During the few hours of their work at ORLEN petrol station not only they provided service to the customers, but chatted with them and shared some road safety tips. There was a time for pictures and autographs too.
This was a special event. To experience people’s reactions, who noticed that it is a professional rally driver who fills up their tank, this was priceless. Our goal was to promote rallying among people who not necessarily are die hard motorsport fans and to encourage them to support us in a safe way
said Marczyk.
This action proved that rallying community is big and brings together people who love cars and emotions connected with them. I am glad we could surprise many fans and this idea was well received. I am sure that atmosphere during ORLEN 80th Rally Poland will be even better
said Kajetanowicz.
